Exciting News: Carriage House Printery Partnership!
Share
Happy July Everyone!
I am so pleased to announce my partnership with Carriage House Printery! This has been in the works since January of this year and finally I can announce my GREAT news. Carriage House Printery (CHP) is a print on demand family owned and operated company located in Ohio. They not only carry fabric designs created by artists, but are also a company that you could upload your work to (whatever it may be) as a consumer and have it printed on a large array of fabrics. They are similar to Spoonflower; however, in my opinion better because they are smaller and the turnaround time for product is SO FAST!
WHICH OF MY COLLECTIONS CAN YOU SHOP?
My first collection launched by CHP in June – We Are Family. This is artwork from around 2015 that I recolored and reworked. It’s the story of love- and illustrated with creatures from the pond, like swans and frogs. CHP has its own amazing community who seems to crave textiles more geared towards children (this is my opinion and by no means fact), so I thought We Are Family would be appropriate.
My favorite fabric to order from CHP is the Organic Cotton Interlock. It is super soft and is what I sewed up this baby t-shirt with. I downloaded a pattern from Etsy and sewed it up in about 30 minutes (full disclosure most of that time was spent hunting for the power cord for my overlock machine). The pattern is by Peanut Patterns and is called the Ashton T-shirt. I’m going to play around with this fabric some more and see what else I can make.

I’m in the process of working on my next collection for them, which is so fun because I have freedom to take control of what I want to release. It’s really exciting.
In other news, new cards have landed in my shop! Check them out.
